The COMPLETE BUSINESS would include all of the manufacturing equipment required to allow full in house production for the full range of models on offer.

The EUROPEAN & AMERICAN BUSINESS split would require the manufacturing equipement to be be split between both units with Alan Smith and Tony Molay retaining the Injection Moulding Machine, to make the tyres, Rubber Mould Press to make new moulds and the Vacuum Machine to supply the windscreens.

The patterns and moulds sold in these packages would be the property of who buys them and they are free to get castings, mould making service and others parts made elsewhere.   We will provide this service if required.
